I came into the dealership after stressing over my car being deemed as a total loss due to a snow accident. John was the first one to greet me. Talking to John about what I had experienced and what I need, he was able to get me into a brand new car while still in the process of dealing with my total loss. I love how attentive John was to my needs. John was able to help me by picking the right car for me and my family. He was able to inform me of the benefits of the car as well as walk me through everything I needed to know about my brand new car. John was on top of all the things I needed to do to get the car. Communication was amazing. I am very grateful and blessed.

My name is Keai Bagley and I’m a label executive for all major labels and my own!! I went to Crabtree Nissan with poor credit but had the income!! When I tell you Mike, Robert, Brad & Nicole help me out so good!!! I got a Ford Escape and I was also able to get my daughter a Nissan Altima 2021 and my other daughter a 2021 Nissan Sentra and they now working on my son and a couple of my artist!! The experience was wonderful they helped me out really good, the customer service was amazing and they really made me feel like they was working to help me not get me!! Everyone was truthful and no hiding scams, I finally found a dealership I will forever go to even if I’m not buying just to say high and see everyone smile at u when u come in!! Been looking for car for months, waiting for the right opportunity. Went to Crabttree Nissan to look at Pathfinders and met John who was able to get me to where the "one" Pathfinder I was looking to test (off lot). To ge there he suggested I test drive a new certified pre-owned Volvo XC60 Plus they just got in (2024). It didnt take long to make the pick, I took the XC60 as it felt perfect. Thanks for the time and the help John and shout out to Jonathan & Mike for help making the #s work and getting to that finish line. After a week and about 400 miles, I love the car.
